Deposit Policy

All appointments require a $20 deposit in order to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule.

REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE IN CASH OR ZELLE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT

Late Policy

cANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10 min grace period is allowed.Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and deposit may be forfeited. Punctuality helps keep the schedule running smoothly for all clients. If you're running late, please communicate as soon as possible! Communication is always appreciated!

  • A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without loss of deposit.

  • Same day or under 12 hours cancellations will result in loss of deposit

  • NO CALL/ NO SHOW appointment will be charged the full service amount .

  • Please communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

Skin care DISCLOSURE

For the safety of your skin, clients using Retinol, Tretinoin, Accutane, prescription acne treatment, acids, exfoliants or active skincare products are recommended to discontinue use at least 2 weeks prior to their appointment. These products may increase skin sensitivity and may not be suitable for certain brow services.

hEALTH POLICY

For the safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointments if you are feeling unwell, have a cold sore, or show signs of a contagious condition.
